Ashley Flynn - Owner
Ashley is the main point of contact when you call the office. She has been working in the industry for 18 years now, first as an interior decorator and now as the Owner, Designer and Project Manager for Black Rock Developments.
Ashley believes in sourcing local, encouraging females in the trades, communication, and going the extra mile for her clients. She is a mentor for young kids in the trades, speaking at local high schools, career fairs, and colleges. Ashley is a member of the Peterborough and Kawarthas Chamber of Commerce, a PHBKA member, and BNI Revolution.
She has worked on shows like Renovation Resort on HGTV and Legacy Makers, featured on AppleTV, and is award winning in her field. Ashley has accolades such as, 4 Under 40 recognition, Best Construction Company of the Year 2024, 11 Gold and Platnium Readers Choice Awards, and more.
It is Ashley's goal to change the way people look at tradespeople and regain faith in honest, trustworthy, contractors.
Proficient in both residential and commercial framing and renovations, Cyrus is a master at his craft. As an experienced carpenter for more than 10 years, quality craftsmanship and creating buildings to last a lifetime are his main objectives.
Cyrus loves this trade because he gets to do something different daily.

Born and raised in the Durham Region, Cyrus loves his pets, family, and being outdoors. You’ll find him fishing and camping in his spare time.
Following in his father's footsteps, Thomas has been working in the trades for over 10 years. Trim, mudding, and finish carpentry are Thomas’ specialties. He takes pride in his work, and those aspects showcase his talents.
You'll find Thomas on most sites checking in on progress, communicating with clients, and ensuring top-quality craftsmanship from our trades.
Thomas' favourite thing about working in carpentry is making people’s lifelong dreams come true by building them exactly what they’ve always wanted. You’ll find Thomas with a line in the water in his spare time, spending time with his nieces, and honing his cooking skills.
