A complete teardown and rebuild, this 1500 square foot addition was fun from beginning to end. Custom crows foot beams, a 15-foot stone fireplace, custom tile bathroom, custom millwork for the mud room and laundry. New HVAC, landscaping, Maibec siding and more. 

This raised bungalow was in dire need of a refresh! From the kitchen, to bathrooms, and the living room, this beautiful home was transformed from dark and closed in, to bright and open. Engineered beams were placed to open up walls, and we made them decorative to accentuate our client's style.

Full home makeover. From design to build, this beautiful 1970s home was modernized to suit our clients' needs. Kitchen, 3 bathrooms, bedrooms, a living room, and an office. This outdated home became stylish, modern, and functional. 

Complete interior and exterior renovation. This 1950s bungalow with a second-storey addition was transformed into 2025. Roofing, exterior brick stain, new kitchen, 3 baths, bar, laundry room, 2 dens, living room, 4 bedrooms and a rec room. New furnace, heat pump, pool re-vamp, new deck and all landscaping. Another teardown and rebuild for this wonderful family. We were able to expand this home by adding a larger kitchen, primary ensuite with a walk-in closet, children's bathroom, and a larger basement. From excavation, demolition, framing, insulation, roofing, siding, window installations and of course, custom millwork, this project was completed in just 6 months.
